Women's Basketball All-MACCC Team Announced, Tootie Lockett Named Player of the Year
Jackson, MISS. -- The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) today announced the 2025-2026 Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams.
Itawamba guard Tootie Lockett was (Starkville, Miss./Starkville HS) was named Player of the Year, while Mississippi Delta Community College guard E'kemi Johnson (Yazoo City, Miss./Yazoo City HS) was named Freshman of the Year. Pearl River Head Coach Shanae Govan-Williams was named MACCC Women's Basketball Coach of the Year.
The All-MACCC Teams and individual awards were voted on by a panel of the conference's women's basketball head coaches. Coach of the Year is awarded to the coach whose team wins the regular season.
